Hypnojourneys are an astounding way to heal emotions; pain, particularly if it is deep-rooteted and will not respond to other emotional regulation techniques. This powerful blend of guided hypnotherapy and shadow work takes us deep into inner psychic space. We journey to  find our psychic family. They may famous or mythical figures, the tin man from the Wizard of Oz  or an animal. Or an entirely made up character.
