Your detox instructions

 

1. Start a Panic and Anxiety Detox Journal - keep track of your progress and small wins!

2. Set 5 Daily Goals for each week eg Each day I will replace chocolate biscuits with a small handful of mixed nuts

3. Track your Daily Success. Did you achieve your goal for the day? How you feel?

4. Can you get a Detox Buddy to do it with you?

5. Celebrate each Tiny Success. We are so good at remembering when we fail. Focus on the wins instead!

6. Be Compassionate. If one day doesn't go so well give yourself a hug. Start again tomorrow

7. Two-week Goal!  Celebrate with a fruit smoothie!
