Induction & Deepening
Allow your body to relax as you settle into a comfortable position. Feel your feet firmly on the floor. Let your body and mind relax. Just listen to the sound of my voice. Let that guide you on this journey. Take a slow, deep breath in… and hold it. Then breathe out. Let all your tension and worries slip away… Take another breath hold it - and then let it go. Each breath in takes you deeper into relaxation… Each breath out releases all doubt…. tension… any tightness…. Now, take a final deep breath in. Hold it. Hold it. As you let it go, imagine a warm healing light encircling and holding your body like a cocoon

As I count down from 5 to 1 you will now sink into the warmth of the golden light Becoming even more relaxed.
5... Feel the light is warming your feet and up to your knees. Every muscle relaxes
4... As you slowly sink. Sink into relaxation and slip deeper and deeper into water
3... Your body is sinking deeper and deeper – perhaps you feel as if you are floating?
2... You are so heavy. So sleepy. Sinking even deeper. You are Safe. Held
1... So deeply relaxed. Zero. And zero.
Good. You are now deeply relaxed. Sleep now.
by finding a comfortable place to sit or lie down. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel the weight of your body sinking away beneath you. Allow each breath to carry away tension, making space for calm and clarity.
Journey
Close your eyes and imagine a gentle path unfolding before you. This path is surrounded by a tranquil forest, where sunlight filters softly through the trees. The air is fresh, carrying the subtle scent of pine and earth.
2. The Pathway of Trust – Visualization
As you walk along this path, notice the ground beneath your feet—steady, reliable, and warm from the sun.
You pass by wildflowers swaying gently, their colors vibrant against the green. Each step feels safe and certain, inviting you to trust the path ahead.
Seasons shift around you effortlessly:
• Spring: Blossoms open, filling the air with a light, hopeful fragrance - of new beginnings.
• Summer: Sunlight warms your skin, a reminder that security can be simple and natural.
• Autumn: Leaves drift down in shades of amber and rust, showing that letting go can be beautiful.
• Winter: Snowflakes fall softly, a quiet assurance that even in the coldest times, the path remains.
As you journey on, you notice that weather shifts around you - clouds gather and pass, rain taps gently, then clears. These changes remind you that emotions, like weather, come and go. They do not alter the path beneath your feet.
Feel the steadiness of the earth below, supporting you regardless of storms above. Trust builds not by controlling the weather, but by accepting it will pass.
The Bridge of Trust
Ahead, a simple wooden bridge crosses a clear stream. As you step onto the bridge, notice how it holds your weight without question. Each step forward reinforces your belief that some things are dependable, even if you cannot see the end of the path.
You pause, hearing the water’s soft murmur - your thoughts, like the stream, can flow past without pulling you in. You can watch them, acknowledge them - let them go.
Affirmations of Trust
As you continue, affirm silently:
“I am safe on this path.”
“I trust in my ability to make choices that serve my highest good.”
“I release the need to control the outcome. Each step forward is enough.”
Re-Emerging
The path widens, leading into an open meadow, golden and sunlit. Take a moment to absorb this feeling of spaciousness, security, and peace.
When you’re ready, bring awareness back to your breath. Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes, returning fully to the present. Inhale deeply, and as you exhale, open your eyes - calm, clear, and grounded.
