I help individuals struggling with commitment anxiety - overwhelm, confusion and debilitating indecision.
I’ve lived through through long-term relationship stress, confusion and trauma that change that turns lives inside out. My journey to healing and This is not about creating the perfect love story, it's about building a friendship that you nurture. Whether you can't commit to dating, are struggling to commit to your relationship, or questioning whether your relationship is right at all, I can offer clarity, emotional recovery and grounded support to help you overcome your relationship anxiety and panic, indecision, overwhelm and brain fog.
