Divorce anxiety really just means any feelings of fear, worry and uncertainty experienced during and after a divorce. You can have a number of emotional and physical symptoms that can show up in many different ways. — panic, grief, panic, helplessness, jealousy, fear, confusion and overwhelm are just a few. We start with a free 45 minute assessment.

Divorce recovery therapy is usually for 10-sessions

Weekly sessions are 55 minutes (remote or face to face)

Session fees - £75 (£60 concessions). 10% reductions on block booking.
