Hi, I’m Nathelie. I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
I help people navigate relationship challenges as well as divorce anxiety and panic.
My approach isn’t traditional talking therapy. It’s grounded, focused and helps helps you move through significant blocks. Once you regain trust in yourself, you have the confidence to rebuild resilience, renewed purpose and find sustainable peace.

Part One - Navigating Anxiety

We works as a team together and begin by unravelling the anxiety - understanding the emotional patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we’ll observe the cycles that no longer serve and gently rewire the thoughts and habits that keep pulling you trapped.
Therapy is swift, practical and effective. You will find that insights and healing happens in the present moment. Although you will self-reflect, there is no need to analyse the past in detail.
I encourage you to explore the Anxiety Hub. I have created this so I can share research, reflections and trends so you can learn more about your situation. You will also find free tools, assessments/quizzes and hypnosis audios to support your journey. These are definitely worth dipping into—whenever you need to calm the mind and soul.

Ultimately, my goal for you is to move not dependency. It’s building self-trust—to become your own therapist, anchored in resilience and inner steadiness.
