Hi, I’m Nathelie. I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

 

I help people navigate relationship challenges as well as divorce anxiety and panic.

 

My approach isn’t traditional talking therapy. It’s grounded, focused and helps helps you move through significant blocks. Once you regain trust in yourself, you have the confidence to rebuild resilience, renewed purpose and find sustainable peace.

Part 1. Divorce Recovery Journey

We works as a team together and begin by unravelling your emotional patterns that keep you stuck, Together, we’ll observe the cycles that no longer serve and gently rewire the thoughts and habits that keep pulling you trapped. I can help you integrate trauma, brain fog and overwhelm - and thrive again.

 

Therapy is swift, practical and effective. You will find that insights and healing happens in the present moment. Although you will self-reflect, there is no need to analyse the past in detail. 

 

I have created free resource for my community to help you heal faster:

  • The Divorce Anxiety Library where I share information on 30 hots topics, research and trends so you can learn more about your situation.

  • The Recovery Room where you will also find my free tools, assessments/quizzes and hypnosis audios to support your journey and have your own spa treatment where you can nurture your emotions —and calm the mind and soul.

Part 2: Mindful Practice Program 

 

For many, healing is the beginning—not the end. Once the noise settles, a new question arises:

How do I live more deeply, more peacefully, more fully and build healthy relationships that don't fracture but last? That’s where the MindFull Program begins.  This journey is about building inner trust, learning how to repair relationships so they don't fracture and build mindful relationships. It is also about become more at peace deep inside.​
