Meet Me

Hi, I’m Nathelie – an accredited cognitive behavioural therapist, hypnotherapist, and former litigation solicitor. I’m also a mindfulness teacher and panic expert

 

I lived through the chaos and fear of a high-conflict divorce and coercion - where my conflict and fear grew. For years we were never out of the courts. â€‹I watched the very systems meant to protect families create more conflict and injustice. We needed therapeutic help not just lawyers. 

 

I experienced trauma, panic attacks and emotional burnout. Until I found something more powerful than pain: a path to peace.​

My life's mission had found me—becoming a divorce healer and giving people the tools to not only manage divorce but - even more importantly - thrive after it.

My Qualifications and Experience

To heal, I tried everything- so I know what doesn’t work. More importantly, I became an expert in what does:

​

  • Accredited CBT Therapist & Hypnotherapist –  I first experienced CBT through the NHS for relationship anxiety support, and hypnosis during my coach training. CBT provided the mental clarity and hypnotherapy was the superpower that empowers change.

  • Conflict Resolution – My background as a litigation solicitor in the City gives me a deep understanding of the litigation process - as well as conflict resolution. I specialise in supporting conflict anxiety, court and legal anxiety

  • Panic & Anxiety – I conquered a trauma induced panic disorder through breathwork and relationship anxiety with CBT support. I now work as a national panic helpline support worker.

  • Narcissistic Abuse & Resilience – I experienced years of high-level coercive abuse and survived. I founded a charity to support others trapped in abusive relationships.

  • Mindfulness (Vipassana trained) – I’ve meditated my whole life and have a non-duality philosophy. I walk the mindful path and teach mindfulness as it's the most powerful path to inner peace.​

My Therapy Approaches

I use a variety of different methods, techniques and tools including:​

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, (CBT ) is a fast, logical approach that helps you choose healthier behaviour.  â€‹â€‹

  • Hypnotherapy accesses different parts of the brain to bypass resistance so you heal faster.

  • Hypnojourney enables you to access parts of yourself stuck in trauma, brain fog and deep self sabotage patterns.

  • Mindfulness tools (such as ACT) helps you rediscover your superpower - the natural way to find inner peace 

  • Gottman tools heal relationship wounds and can stop divorce happening.​​​
