As you slowly move past divorce anxiety - and you may slowly feel you are waking up. The anxiety and confusion has lifted, you may wonder what's next? How do I stop slipping back into fear, pain and uncertainty? How do I build a life that is more true to me? How do I build a new, healthier relationship.

The MindFull Practice Program

Part 1 - Mindfull Living

The MindFull Practice Program is not about surviving after break-up or divorce, it is about thriving- finding a more peaceful, healthier and joyful way of living that feels natural.​​​

The Mindfull Practice Program is not something that needs to be understood, it is something to be experienced and practiced. it is also something that you can refines and deepens over the years  - as you live with more presence, understanding and wisdom.

1.  Mindfulness

Exploring being in the moment. How stay mindful during the day and not get distracted. Find your preferred meditation pathway.​

3.  Attention

Learn to control your focus of attention to improve mental health, your relationships and life challenges. Start to develop self enquiry tools

2.  Breathwork

Kundalini Yoga Outside

Master the power of the breath tension release deep relaxation and focus. Also the gateway to creativity, peace, energetic opening & tantra exploration.

4. Self Reflection

Using contemplation and self enquiry for deeper personal growth. Building your emotional intelligence and commit to accountability in every moment. 

These are my workshops program begins later in the year. They will run once a month  (date still to be fixed).

Part 2 - Mindfull Relationships

Mindfull Relationships is the second part of the Mindfull Practice Progam. This is an 8-week program that takes you through relationship repair to relationship mastery. we cover the foundations of tantra to develop deeper intimacy. Mindful Relationships does require completion of the Mindful Living Program.
