As your fears lessen - you move beyond depression, exhaustion and anxiety - and your relationship is healing, you may wonder what's next? How do I stop slipping back into fear, pain and uncertainty? How do I build a Mindful Relationship with my partner?

 

This is where the MindFull Practice Program begins. It is changing how we live our lives so that we can find peace and joy, no matter what is happening around us. There is nothing magical in this. It is re-remembering how to live. We knew it as very young children.​​

What is the MindFull Practice Program?

 

The MindFull Practice is more than the name of my clinic, but also my philosophy and therapeutic approach. Moving beyond therapy and healing to master mindful living.
