My treatment approach

From fear to healing to mastering mindful living

The MindFull Practice is not just the name of my clinic, it is my signature approach - to take you from anxiety through to healing to mastering mindful living and emotional wellness. 

 

Unlike traditional therapists,

✔ I don't want you to keep coming back to me with new fears - that means I have failed.

✔ I give you the tools to heal - to keep anxiety at arm's length and relationships vibrant.

✔  Although I have 4 main approaches, I weave in many different tools from other modalities.

My therapy approach

​How does therapy work?

  • We start with a free 45 minute telephone or online session.

  • We chat through your issues and see if I can help.

  • Weekly sessions are 55 minutes.

  • Sessions are remote, phone, face to face (including home visits)​​​

  • Swift and effective healing—no deep analysis of the past is needed.​​

Therapy Room

Therapy with me is swift and powerful. It doesn't involve a deep analysis of the past. That is not needed to transform. We focus on on observing and transforming  negative cycles embracing what cannot be changed. The goal? To build resilience, confidence and true emotional freedom.

Hypnosis helps you deeply relax and focus only on positive change. It reinforces CBT and speeds  transformation.
