Therapy with me is swift and powerful. It doesn't involve a deep analysis of the past. We focus on on observing and transforming negative cycles embracing what cannot be changed. This build resilience, confidence and true emotional freedom.​
How therapy works

​We start with a free 45 minute telephone or online session.

We chat through your issues and see if I can help.

Weekly sessions are 55 minutes.

Sessions are remote, phone, face to face (including home visits)​​​
