My Therapy Approach

As an accredited CBT Hypnotherapist with me is swift and powerful. It doesn't involve a deep analysis of the past. We focus on on observing and transforming  negative cycles embracing what cannot be changed. This  build resilience, confidence and true emotional freedom.

 

You talk. You steer the direction and I help you navigate a path to healing. It is wrapped around your needs. If one thing doesn't work we try something else.​​
