My treatment approach

From fear to healing to mastering mindful living

Therapy with me is swift and powerful. It doesn't involve a deep analysis of the past. We focus on on observing and transforming  negative cycles embracing what cannot be changed. This  build resilience, confidence and true emotional freedom.​

How therapy works

  • ​We start with a free 45 minute telephone or online session.

  • We chat through your issues and see if I can help.

  • Weekly sessions are 55 minutes.

  • Sessions are remote, phone, face to face (including home visits)​​​

  • ​No deep analysis of your past will be needed.

  • Healing often happen within weeks.​​​
