Mindfulness Mastery is part of The MindFull Practice Program - a philosophy. It goes beyond therapy - to emotional wellness and mindful mastery. This is the doorway to finding inner peace & contentment.
Mindfulness is not a technique, therapy or a method - rather an art - a natural way of being. A way that would have come naturally when we were young children, but we have forgotten.
Mindfulness Mastery involves re-learning:

✔ How to integrate mindfulness into everyday interactions
What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is not meditation. Meditation is the practice of focusing attention on something - like the breath, a flame or a mantra to quiet the mind.
Mindfulness is the opposite - it is about observing without focusing on anything at all.
At its core, mindfulness is simply being present - observing what is happening without judgment. It is accepting each moment as it is.
This may sound simple, but the practice is difficult - we are not used to being present. We have spent our entire live not living in the moment. Our thoughts attach to past memories (good or bad) or or future possibilities (desiring good and fearing bad.)
Why is mindfulness difficult?
Mindfulness is challenging for most as we have spent our entire lives not living in the present moment. Instead, our thoughts attach to:
• Past memories (replaying the good or bad).
• Future possibilities (chasing the good, fearing the bad).
Mindfulness trains us to step out of the loop of overthinking and into the clarity of the moment.
How do we become mindful?
→ Notice our thoughts - without becoming involved with the story.
→ Notice our emotions - without becoming consumed by them.
→ Notice what we can sense (hear, taste, feel).
→ Accept whatever our experience is - without resistance.
